contemporary façade of a small villa with large windows and a combination of bright and dark materials
What makes a contemporary design style of a house so special and different from others like classic ones? Well, one of the most important principles is location and building site of the villa, house, or apartment which often plays an important role in the way house is designed in this style.

This project is located in natural surroundings, and therefore our designers chose large and floor-to-ceiling windows for this project. Not only these windows look beautiful, but they also create a sense of airiness and brightness for the villa. This is particularly true if you have an enjoyable view outside your window to look at from the inside.

Imagine how amazing it can be to have such an open view of this beautiful surrounding from the comfort and warmth of your living room or bedroom. This Floor-to-ceiling windows also add visual value to the facade of the villa and connects the interior space of the villa to the surrounding nature.

Most of the façade is designed with white color to keep the design as simple as possible but to add some texture to the façade dark natural stone is used in some surfaces.

With creating a rectangular funnel shaped façade on the left side of the first floor, we created a visual attraction for the villa and simultaneously a roofed seating area in the courtyard of the villa.

This façade successfully answers both façade functions for a villa, being visually attractive and functionally useable.
