We create lively houses, And this Luxurious contemporary apartment located on ahillside by the sea with a magnificent view is one of them. The design process started with a story. During a discussion with our customer, she said a story about how her little daughter, would describe her dream house to her friends. We tried to bring the dream to the reality.
The simple space of the living room defines the whole house and becomes its central and most privileged part. The design of this space is careful about the details, from choosing different and various materials to how they will add value to each other and the whole project.
For many of us, home always reminds us of our living room. You are surprised why? Maybe because it is the part of our apartment in which we spend most of our time. It surely is our first choice for most of our activities. The living room is where you can rest and enjoy a cup of coffee with your family and friends. You can also watch some TV or start reading your favorite book.
The Luxurious Contemporary Apartment touches the sense of specialness by the apartment's sheer curtains, wooden table, and iconic hanging lamps by luxurious Italian brands, unique painting pieces on the wall. Also, the combination of contemporary and comfortable furniture with carpet makes this living room a lovely and cozy space.
In this 3000 sqft Luxurious contemporary apartment with all luxuries of contemporary objects, maybe the most sensitive part is choosing colors. The khaki color shades were chosen in response to the amount of powerful sunlight of the project location, as we wanted to balance the white light of the sun with some warm color. What emerged was a combination of materials, colors, and objects that perfectly match with each other. In order to do so, we added a Persian blue sofa to break the monotonous warm color presence.
The owners came to us with some doubts. They wanted a kitchen that was excellently tuned to their space and way of living. Starting with a study of our clients cooking habits and spatial needs, we designed a set of custom cabinets for the kitchen of the Luxurious contemporary apartment that placed everything specific and exact.
White doors cover the upper cabinets, while light blue is used for the cupboards below. In between, the ceramic tiles with a warm color to bring the main color of the project to the kitchen space. Also, we tried to provide proper renders during the process to take the clients comments. The juxtaposition of colors and materials, makes the kitchen seem large yet cozy.
