The Alvaro family house project is designed for a family with one child, located in a lot of 22 x 29.5 meters and a surface of approximately 642 square meters in Spain. The clients’ desire was to create a luxurious, modern and most sophisticated living space for the whole family especially for their kid who is in his early childhood. A truly distinctive work of design, generous and perfect as the owner’s style.

One of the throughout ideas in the design concept is to ensure All spaces are open to green trees. We designed a pool to ensure the whole site is always cooled by the natural wind and water. Modern, powerful design, raw materials, mainly concrete, wooden flooring combined with green trees and glass to create a really confident and liberal style in One-family house project.

With the help of ideas like using simple shapes, we created the finest solution for the most conversational experience between nature and the members living in this house. Natural light plays a major role for this project, the large continuous doors and windows maximize the view of the pool and unique landscape.

The one-family house project's concept was to locate the house with its openings in the longitudinal direction of the site, towards the green of the forest and with the view of the pool, while at the same time, protecting the privacy of the neighbors to the maximum by using the site slope. Due to the vertical topography, it was necessary to make a flat area to have the ground floor of the house and the outdoor area (pool and terrace (on the same level, allowing maximum combination between indoor and outdoor areas. The private rooms are located on the second floor.

Living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor and in front of them is a terrace. The terrace is another interesting space not only in connecting the house and landscape together but also creating an enclosure for the pool. The shallow water part of the pool, alongside this terrace, is a great playground for kids.

The master bedroom and the kid’s room are located on the second floor. The design group meticulously designed master bedroom, with a workspace, a bathing area, and a walking closet, all toward the great view of the site. This is a dream house which can satisfy the needs of all members of a small family.
