The site of the Receptive Commercial Complex is located alongside a main active street which naturally holds a high potential of contacting costumers. Thus our designers’ aim was to bring its potential to the highest feasible possibility and even more dramatic.

Success in commercial design is evident first and foremost in its façade and entrance power to attract passengers and people and invite them inside, and second in its interior design vigor in keeping them attracted to the place and encourage them to stroll around the space and peruse it.

So the connection between the city and the building is of great importance in designing a commercial complex. For this project, considering all the requirements and physical application, continuity between inside and outside is achieved by large windows for first and second floors that enhance transparency to the maximum level, and for the matter of aesthetics upper floors are more solid with geometric use of stone and wood combined with glass; the contrast giving the illusion that the solid part is suspended above the ground. Our architectural 3D modeling team tried to create highly realistic and detailed views of this commercial building from multiple angles.

In addition to entertaining facilities such as game houses, coffeehouses, restaurants, galleries and theaters, affordances that the interior space of a commercial complex provides for different groups of people, play an important role in keeping visitors inside the building enjoying their time and also rising the chances of being attracted to different shops in the complex.

Pleasant walkways covered with luxurious stone and lightened by harmonious lighting, plus benches around it, created the required affordances our designers appreciate.

For the jewelry store section, our designer's goal was to form a classy and tranquil atmosphere which transfers the elegance and luxury nature of jewelry and its beauty. Accordingly, classic, simple plan with straight aisles made of shining reflective stone was chosen, and to contrast, the sharp geometry of space, a golden zigzag ceiling with spotlights was designed.

The connection between the jewelry section and other parts of the complex is achieved by escalators that are as elegant as the architecture of this space. To accentuate the uniqueness and isolation of this luxurious aisle only one vertical access by a pair of escalators are provided for this aisle. With this architectural trick, the originality and independence of jewelry shops are created while still attracting the costumers by visual connection provided by design.
