We aimed to create a modern and minimalistic look for this living room project, so what color is better than grey color to provide these features. Grey color can produce a warm atmosphere as efficiently as a cold one; it can both be modern or charming vintage; be peaceful and calming or vivid, energetic and active.

Each different shade of grey can create a different appearance, texture, and style of the living room and the tone that we chose is a unique dark grey to enhance the modern style sense in this living room. Modern and minimalistic atmosphere require colder, dimmer, dramatic greys.

Every day that passes, more and more of our clients are choosing to include concrete in their interiors because it’s a mainly easy material to maintain. Whatever purpose you wish for your concrete surface— whether it’s a chimney, countertop, or like this project covering your floor — it is going to add many artistic and dramatic features to space.

Another critical element in this architectural modeling is texture which can help to bring untold amounts of visual interest into this living room. Don’t forget that in interior design, texture represents the way an object or surface seems to feel when touched. Everybody distinguishes the feeling of running their skin over a concrete surface, so including a concrete surface in any design fosters an immediate connection with the viewer.

This carpet in the living room has a useful purpose besides its aesthetics, it decreases noise and offers a comfortable surface to walk on. Though carpet needs a little additional attention during cleaning, the effect that will add to your space will create a real refreshment of the room atmosphere.

The carpet can highlight the rest of the furniture if it flawlessly gets fit to the room. All of the accessories added to space is trying to complete the modern minimalistic look of the room from round simple pendant lights to monochrome photographs on the wall.
