The project is the interior design of a traditional restaurant and kitchen in a unique and contemporary style. The interior space has a traditional spirit, but the material is very elegant and shiny. The bright stone and decorative ceramics are selected to cover floor space where the guests are enjoying their meals, and wooden parquets are used in the circulation area.

This separation between materials helps to divide public and private areas of the restaurant from each other. The columns are also covered with a bright and shiny stone which gives the space more elegant features. We always try to add plants and greenery in our design if it’s possible, nature is the source of relaxation and serenity and what is better than these features while having your meals?!

We are living in the Information Age, where transparency and statistics are changing how we live our lives, it isn’t unexpected that restaurants are accepting a new, more observable approach to cooking food. That’s why we decided to design an open kitchen space for this restaurant.

It offers clienteles straight access to information about the establishment’s cleanliness, professionalism and cooking quality. An open kitchen like this one is a chance to showcase healthy processes and the steps taken to turn fresh and best ingredients into each delicious meal.

Most cooks and kitchen workers are proud of the delightful plates they create. An open kitchen can create drama and enthusiasm, engaging guests who appreciate the creativity of cooking. A natural stone counter completes this artistic scene with its beautiful natural patterns; it also has a very good and durable surface to work on.

Our designers always create conceptual drawings of the space before the computer modeling and architectural renderings. It gives us more freedom and saves more time for us. We can also share these architectural sketches whit our clients to show the spirit of the space and take their advice for the next level of the design process.

The client also asked us to create the architectural model of the restaurant and its surrounding landscape. Our model making professionals chose the white cardboard to create this highly detailed model. Models like this can be very useful for the clients to understand the entire project before they start.
