This project is Located in a historical garden with old trees, takes the place of a ruined warehouse. Being in the vicinity of a historic villa, our designers tried to simplify the two facades of the office facing the villa as much as possible. To excel this aim, the white cement rectangular on the façade of the villa inspired the concept of white rectangular concrete composition of these two facades, and glass walls with black outline perfected the whole volume of the building.

To enhance the fresh quality of the garden, most of the remains of the warehouse was replaced with a mirror-like pool, reflecting the green surrounding.

In this project, the drawings and 3D plans are provided by our architectural planning team to define how the parts of this office connect and relate to each other.

This drawing offers a clear birds-eye view of the office, enabling our client to understand what the project will look like when it’s completed. Traditionally these type of drawings were laborious to prepare, but nowadays with the help of computers, it’s much easier to have this kind of drawings on your project.

In this project, the isometric drawing peels away the office’s parts to reveal both the interior spaces and exterior connections.

As evident in this isometric drawing of the major part of the office project, every space is connected to the outside and has the view to its pleasant garden, while each is independent and the hierarchy among them is observed. For instance, the access to conference hall is considered with an interface room as an advance vessel while simultaneously functioning as its support area.

Beside every specific space for gathering, privacy, and individual concentration working territories, a crucial type of space design in any public or semi-public space –especially a place like an office with special functions- is flexible and multi-purpose spaces. A successful example of such space is this multipurpose room that can function diversely, from a sitting room to a meeting room.

various furniture and equipment were placed in this room to serve properly for different needs. A glass wall on one side of the room increases the freshness of the space by connecting the inside and outside, and a shrub and a herb with reflective vases bring the nature inside even more.  As you can see in the architectural rendering outcomes, One of the walls is covered by a monolithic stone slab in contrast with other plane walls of the office, increasing the natural charm of this different, special space of the office.
